No , your application form of neet will not get rejected.you don't need to worry about it because the extra address (correspondence address ) is provided for communication purpose. you should fill the address of correspondence where you can get any thing send to you by the NTA

The application form fees for the srm university is 1100/- also this is non refundable which means if you would like to cancel your registration for the respective course but the money will not be refunded to you. I hope this was helpful to you
