I don't think that facility will be there in application form fill up. Mostly forms ask for two mails. If they are not able to contact you through one then they will use the other and send you message on your number to check and verify the mail.

Often the officials at verification center do not reject anyone during document verification instead they tell to fill a undertaking for the missing documents but you must try to get your General EWS certificate on time before the verification.
