For Du one form is filled for one course. Depending upon the cutoff you can apply admissions in the colleges. under the Delhi University, you don't need to fill different forms for one course. However for different course one needs different forms.

IISER i.e, Indian Institution Of Science and Research, admits student by three channels and these are:
1. Kishore vaigyanik prosthan yojana (KVPY)
2. IIT-JEE (advance) and
3. Date and central board (SCB).
So, yes you can apply for IISER through SCB and JEE.
