hi,

see the correction window will open from 15 january to 31 january, 2020. if you already final submit the form then you need to wait for the correction window. and you need to make new photos which has correct spelling of name, however name and date is necessary on post card size photographs, its not mandatory to have name and date on passport size photograph.
