Well in aggregate marks you will have to fill up the total of your marks scored by you in all of your papers.
In aggregate percentage you will have to fill up your percentage that you scored.
Both are different and hence should be filled up differently.

I think the expecting score in PGCET exam depends on what your perforation in your exam.  it totally up to you. Now do mistake in the application form in normally happen so don't worry about that. You should apply for correction or wait for correction date which will come soon.
