The admission in NITTE for B. Arch course is through ones NATA score. The minimum 12th marsks is 50%. Since you scored good in boards you dont need to worry about that. Now to get admission in NITTE one has to download the application form from the university

Yes, IPU CET forms of some courses are available on the ipu website. Most of the undergraduate courses have already expired. Their test has been conducted and even the results are out. But, some post graduate courses CET is remaining. You can check on their website about your course.

Since there is no common counselling for nata you need to apply in colleges individually for admission. And it will be on the basis of seat intake and they will prepare merit list and accordingly you will get admission.
