Yes, IPU CET forms of some courses are available on the ipu website. Most of the undergraduate courses have already expired. Their test has been conducted and even the results are out. But, some post graduate courses CET is remaining. You can check on their website about your course.

Since there is no common counselling for nata you need to apply in colleges individually for admission. And it will be on the basis of seat intake and they will prepare merit list and accordingly you will get admission.
