Candidates have to upload their scanned copies of recent colored photograph, signature, left thumb impression and parent signature. The documents must be uploaded by the candidates as per the specifications mentioned by the authority. Uploading of documents in wrong format and size will lead to cancellation of application form.

Sorry to say but your score is very low in NATA  for getting admission in any government college. One should score atleast above 130 marks in order to get into good government colleges. You should look for some good private institutions if you want to pursue course from

Hello suchitra. Answering your question no it will not create much problem if you have mentioned wrong Perce for class 12. During the counseling you can certainly correct yourself and apologize for your mistake. It would not create much problem for you. 

If you're from Delhi, you have an extra advantage obviously. Admission counselling takes 50% of 12th "percentile" and 1/4th of NATA score. Since there are very few seats in USAP, you need a huge marks in NATA.
