As there is no centeralised counselling for NATA so there is no exact data of cut off . So you need to apply to each college individually.

You should give the examination from general category. If you are unable to get the EWS category certificate then mail the JEE advanced organising institute through your mobile phone so that they can change your branch for rest of the process. I will suggest you to contact them
