No definetly they will not take your physical test they only need your certificate of disability only as it is not any army or civil service exam so they will not at all check your disability they only need certificate , so that you will definetly get a seat in

JEE Main Paper II & NATA both are the National Level Exams for the admission to Architecture programme. There are other state level & University level exams you can apply, The admission criteria varies to state & colleges wise.
