It is better to use an identity proof that has your photo on it. Rather than using your bank account copy you can use the following: 

•Passport

• Driving license

• Class X or XII admit card of Boards examinations

• Aadhar Card

No This time if you have registered for both paper then you can only attempt only in January if you want to appear for paper 1 in April tgen you need to apply for it separately in the month of February,.

It is not possible to appear for two times

But why wait for jext year since Jeemain Application form will be again released after January 2019 for the April 2019 attempt as students get two chances yearly and best of two scores will be considered  

So go for second attempt in 2019

The facilty to make corrections in the application form was available from October 8 to October 14. You cannot make the corrections now.

Actually, you must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics. Further, you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

You have to fill the address which is mentioned in your I'd proof like Adhar card . Or if you're not living in the address mentioned in your Aadhar then you can also fill the address where you live just you have to know the pin code of the area
