Yes ofcourse you can apply from Tamil nadu if you are belong to the Tamil nadu and if you have the domicile certificate of Tamil nadu then it will be great. The domicile certificate is important for the neet state councelling.

The percentage aggregate should of pcb + English only , in which your marks should be 50% atleast in all the four subjects. With this percentage of the subjects in your 12th your can apply for neet 2019 . I hope you're clear now .

While filling the Class 12 academic details in NEET application form 2019, you have to enter a qualifying examination code. Once you will select the qualifcation code 01, the system will automatically disable you to enter your marks and Class 12 roll number.
