Dear Aspirant

Yes, you can attend the 2nd round of counselling for mbbs government college but I would advise you not to because it will be useless and you'll loose your money on it.

As per your profile, you belong to Rajasthan and with 190 marks belonging to ST category,

Just go for the the 5th round as if you go for float that wont be any loss for you ,in fact only your college and branch shall get upgraded and thus go for float and still if you are not good with the seat then try for spot councelling

The second round councelling will be commenced in second week of july itself and the document verification for the same shall also be in the same week and then the result shall be announced on the third week's commencement and thus keep your documents ready and stay updated and keep

If your seat is not upgraded till round 4 then yes you should freeze the seat in this round because chances are very less for seat upgradation  after reaching this round. Maybe if you dont freeze this one then it may get allotted to someone else who applied

If you are satisfied with your branch or college then you should freeze.

If you want to try for a better option then you can choose slide or float option . It is branch oriented options .

Also if you don't freeze you can improve your branch based on CGPA
