With 212 you won't get any college through AIQ counseling. If you want a seat you can apply for the state counseling but even there it's pretty difficult because WB keeps a high cut off trend every year and this year it's expected to rise as well.

You should get regitered through KEA for participation in Karnataka counselling through 85% state quota. Now, the registerations are closed. It was your chance to be considered for the counselling , now you will not get a chance to participate in the counselling unless and until you talk

As you mention your rank in JEE advance Hindu category as SC category ....

I am sorry to say but you may  not able to get admission in any IIT college... you may get NIT colleges with your JEE main result and another good colleges in India

Dear Aspirant

If you belong to SC/ST category, then you can surely get Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati as the last year cut off through AIQ for the same was AIR 54243 and marks 433 for SC and AIR 43803 and 451 marks for ST.
