Hello,
Yes definitely obc b students get benefits in admission process when compared to general students.
Obc b students get reservation and can easily avail seats in college.
The priority order is as follows the st students,SC,obc a,obc b,general.
Here st students get most benefits and General students get least.

Yes wbjee counselling gives preference to OBC B category over general category students.
Preference are given to the students in the following way:-
