Abhishek ,I guess you can't change your category like that because when you had registered for the exam in the beginning they might have asked you to fill in your category in personal details and now during counseling if you change any of those details it will lead to further

BC- D is a category under OBC. You just need to have BC- D certificate for counseling in your state.

No other caste certificate is needed.
