You can not directly appear in round 2 counseling as you have not appeared in round 1. This is a continuous process, the candidates who didn't get a seat in round 1, round 2 is organized for them. And after that Mop up round comes.

The fee is not refundable. You've to pay a sum of rupees 30,000 if you want to appear in Government college counseling, rupees 2,00,000 if you want to appear in either private or both government and private college counseling.
