Sir my AIR is 9576 in neet should i involve in all india counselling.I belonged to jharkhand there is a chance to get rims through 85%state

You should participate in All India Counselling. You have a good Rank and you'll get into a medical college.
Talk about Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences. It's one of the most renowned insititute offering studies Medicine studies. As per your rank to be honest its a difficult chance to get into RIMS(if your category is general). 2017s cut off for Rims in 1st Round was 2736 for general category, 28925 for SC and 42305 for ST and for 2nd round cut off was 5929 for general and 44457 for SC category. Each year the results go high only. So expect it to be higher this year too as this data dates from 2 years back. Don't lose hope though. At your rank there is a mighty possibility of getting a medical college. So, All the best. Do participate in Counselling.
