If you have already taken admission through counselling then you cannot change the branch in any college now. But after 1st year if you have a YGPA of 8.5 or above then you can change the branch in that college and take any branch. Most of the college

That depends on whether you possess state quota reservation or not.

If not,then it is tough to get CSE but you may get CSE interdisciplinary courses in the main campuses.

If you have state quota domicile,then you would get CSE or other related courses in that state where the campus

Before anything could be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well.

EWS certificate has been defined by the govt of india while the difinitions for EBC vary from state to state. Although, the terms are synonymus to each other, but to avoid any confusions during the counselling, I suggest you to reapply for the same if you have time,

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 7000-8300. If you fall in SC category then your chances of getting into the top five NLUs are very less but you can expect colleges like
