7. Category Certificate

In general, first to qualify in NEET, a General Category candidate has to score 50% of the top NEET score. It is 40% for SC, ST, OBC. For example, if the top NEET scorer has scored 500, General Category candidates should score atleast 250 and SC,ST,OBC should score around 200

Yes, you have to pay fees for neet counselling. 

For 15% AIQ/ Central Universities/AFMS and ESI, Non Refundable Registration Fee is Rs. 1000 for UR candidates and rs. 500 for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

The refundable security amount is Rs. 10,000 for UR candidates and Rs. 5,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PH

Hi ! 2nd round counselling was completed at 17th may and third round counselling is just going to start at 31st May. So if you have already qualified to a good IIT then no need to go for further counselling. But if you want you can go upto last allotment

There are a maximum of three attempts allowed for JEE Main in consecutive years, the first being the year you pass your class 12th. So, the answer to your question would be, Yes, you would be eligible for JEE Main 2020 if the year you passed class 12th
