Hi Candidate! Your performance is very good. As you haven't mentioned your category so I am taking General category by default. The candidate from general category should have to score 550+ to remain in safe zone. So you have a very decent chance to get a good college or government

Well frankly speaking expecting a government seat via All India quota counselling with that score is not a good idea. And also you won't get a BDS seat via all India quota with that score. 

I suggest that you apply via state quota as there you would get

caste certificate is issued for life and therefore there is no need to get  it renew everytime. caste certificate is valid for lifetime once you issued it from tehsil. so your old cast certificate will be valid for neet counselling 2019.
