1. Obc A which are known as less wealthy annual income less 10 than 8 lakh

2. Obc B which are known as wealthier family annual income more than 8 lakh RS.

You have register for TNEA 2019 in order to consider you for all the procedures of TNEA. After registration there is document verification. Then a rank list is prepared after that. For TNEA counselling the marks in Mathematics plus Physics and Chemistry. Thus Mathematics is considered in 100 marks

The pass certificate and/or marks or pencentage result of class 12th is required during JOSAA counseling. If your board percentage covers the criteria of being in the top 20 percentile of your educational board, then also the marks certificate is required whereas the top 20 percentile cutoff

Yes , you can fill up for JAC delhi. But, you have very low chances to get any seat in any of college. Your rank is insufficient to fetch a seat for you.

Hope you have done all the procedures correctly as informed in the brochure. If error still persists then it will only be because of the reason that you are not eligible for counseling. 

See Smruti, there is no separate qualifying criteria for management quota. It remains the same
