It depends on your preference order of filled choices. Suppose you have filled about 20 choices and have for choice no. 17 in round 1. Then in round 2, you can expect to get a seat in the first 16 choices you filled. Seat allocation always works upward thus it is recommended to fill choices in the order of highest to lower priority.
