The ranks mentioned in first round were the general ranks that is the All India Ranking. The counselling is done on the basis of your General rank only but you get the favourable reservation if you belong to some category automatically. I hope this information was helpful!

Well, during my time of regesrteration, they were not open during Sundays.

As most of the people verifying you are the college professors of that college, so availability of them during Sundays is not possible and hence registeration cannot be conducted
