Board Marks Cut Off for TNEA 2019 counselling according to the eligibility criteria is: 

Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks (General category), 45% marks (OBC category) and 40% marks (SC, ST, SCA, MBC, DNC category) in PCM.

The Eligibility Criteria for AEEE Counselling for B.Tech is as follows:
