DTU, NSIT and IGDTUW takes the admission through JAC Delhi Counselling on the basis of JEE Main Score. With this percentile the chances are less to get admission through JAC Delhi Counselling. You can try for the other state level counselling.

Also, as per your rank chances are less to get seat in NITs, IIITs. You can try admission in private colleges.

Seeing your percentile I guess you would be having a rank above 200k and I doubt that you might have qualified the JEE mains.So a you have not qualified JEE mains you cannot participate in the counselling.

Since you are not going for certificate verification to the TFC,you will not able to attend the counselling.Because in TFC centres they will check the certificates and they will send the details to the TNEA main centre.If you are not participating then you will not be eligible

Yes, if you don't except the seat then you can participate in further rounds.

But you need to go to any IIT for verification purposes i.e. document verification.

At last if you don't except any seat , the last one will be automatically accepted.

You have to pay the minimum security fee (amount )to take part into the counselling and if you are alloted a seat in a certain college than the security amount is deducted from the institution fees and th rest you have to pay .If you are not alloted a seat
