As you have not mentioned any reservation status, I would take you as a general candidate with UR rank 2952. In accordance to last year JIPMER Counselling results, the closing rank for UR PG was 350. 

So, I would say the chances are very less of getting a seat there.

As you have sports quota reservation you can definitely get a free seat in any private and government colleges too but you just have to qualify the exam that it's and you will have a bright future as there will be sports quota reservation for some government jobs also
