with due respect i draw of attention that a lots of students could not take admission because of college selection process- as well as he has no idea how to change of stream and college selection- this is first time such type of process for admission in Engineering
as per my knowledge the refund is diificult if you are alloted a seat in the college you applied for otherwise if not alloted then you have chances of getteing your money back
