Counselling fee is partially refunded if no college has been allotted.

You shall be refunded money in your bank itslef with some amount deduction.

Counselling shall be be from last week July 2018.
Choice filling dates still hav enot bene updates officially so kindly wiat for it.

Till now UPSEE has not given any information for the spot round counselling.. Any how it will be done only after 3rd round counselling if seats will be left..For more information you can go through upsee site that is upsee.nic.in......

Definitely you can float for better opportunity. If you are not satisfied with your allotted college and engineering stream then you can take another chance. If you think that there are very less difference in cutoff rank of better college and your rank then you have better chance
