no you can not consider your jee main marks ojee 2nd counseling as it is not valid for thi so kindly dont think of this that you can use this marks in ojee counselimhg. all the best have a great future ahead.

if you are a general candidate, then there is very low chance to get any seat in JOSAA counselling at this marks. you can however try in other local colleges.

did you save your locked web options before logging out ? If did, you have saved them which are freezed for the seat allotment . So mostly there is no effect unless you save them.

There is no spot round announced as of yet. There is the third round and yes you can participate in it. If you dont take the allotment now, you will have to register afresh and pay the counselling fee again.
With this NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats. The other options you can apply for the private colleges & deemed Universities.
