The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the second round of registration, payment, and choice filling for NEET 2018 counselling on July 6, 2018. Candidates who registered for the first round needn't register again, but can submit their fresh choices of colleges.

Yes you can register and apply for deemed university in second or before mop-up round as well, since the registration opens before every counselling round. The payment option will be made available to you at the time of registration (if you haven't already paid).

No, you don't have to make registration again. Also, you can't choose any institute once you have locked choice. You will have wait for the second round counselling.

There is no need to register in 2nd round of counseling. You need to register only once and participate in other rounds untill you lock a seat.
