You download your rank. It will have information about whether you are eligible for AIQ 15% seats. Generally this is offered to the top 15,000 ranks or less. (5 times the available seats in AIQ which is around 3500).

Gngl means general girls category and OPGl is not any category in upsee it's GNOP means all India quota for general.

Your name should be ideally in the merit list to be eligible for counselling. If it is not, then you will not be invited for counselling.
Candidates shortlisted for counselling need to register for counselling and exercise choice filling.
