what is the upgradation process, after taking admission in allocated 1 st collage ?

As per the round 1 neet counselling for AIQ last rank getting MBBS seat in Odisha state is 8136 for general category and for reserved one its 67347.

you can not because in the database you will be alloted to any of the college you opted for but yes you can check out the official website and seats left in a particular college and than wait for CLC(college level councling) if there are any chances of the
