Yes, there is nobody stopping you from participating but to get a government seat in TN youn will require a domicile cerificate from there.

There is as such no limit to the number of colleges one can fill for counselling. you can fill all the available choices or colleges you want admission in according to your preference. hope it helps and goodluck:)

You can register only if you have qualified for counselling process with your AIR rank. only students with cutoff ranks are permitted to register. hope this helps:)

At the time of registration students have to pay two kinds of fee . 

For Deemed Universities 

Non Refundable Registration fee :- Rs. 5000/-(same for all candidates) 

 Refundable Security amount:- Rs. 2,00,000/- 

e.g Any candidate opting for Deemed University will have to pay Rs 5000/- Non Refundable fee

According your score the chances are less to get a seat under All India Quota seats & state quota seats also. You might have the chance for the Deemed Universities. If you want to apply for 15% quota seats then you can apply but the chances are less.

according to me your rank is ok. and you will get seat in counselling session for mbe . need no to worry. in any case you did not get admission you can try taking admission through mangement qouta. all the best. havea great future ahead.

AIQ counselling and statecounselling are entirely separate so yes you can directly participate in your state counselling. my best wishes:)

Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Odisha and their respective cut offs in 2017 through the state quota. The cut off for 2018 will be released only after the whole counselling procedure is conducted. Till then, you can expect a similar cut off.

U are not eligible for government colleges of other states under 85%state quota seats. But u can definitely apply for private colleges of other states.
