Should we pay Rupees 50,000 even before the third counselling for clat commences?Can I get back the money paid if not selected?

Hey.

The counselling fees for CLAT is refundable. If you don't get any college with your rank, you will be reimbursed the entire amount. You will have to pay for it whenever you apply for the counselling.

Like? You applied for upgradation or simply just didn't do any action?
If you'd have applied for Upgradation then you'll get a better college.
But if allotment is cancelled you must go and talk to the college people only that if they still have seats left.

I would suggest you do attend the counseling for sure. As their are variations every year in the cutoffs of different colleges. So among the 3 govt medical colleges if you don't get a chance you would surely get in some private colleges.

Hey! Counseling session which is to be held in any university is for getting admission which is a college learning program. Not a Distance Learning Program.
