PUMBA only provides MBA. It does not provides PGDM. You can apply for PUMBA through CAP form released by DTE in the month of April/May. Then if you belong to Maharashtra state then your CET score will be considered. And if you apply through All India seats, you can apply through CMAT, MAT, ATMA, CET scores through the same form. But the cutoff is in higher 90's.

According to the rank, chances are there to get admission in MS Physiology in Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Microbiology in Sawai Man Singh Medical College through All India Counselling. Since the cut off marks for ST category is 16.82 and since you got 16.67 you are not eligible for counselling as you missed a chance to qualify with a very less difference between your score and the cutoff marks .

Your first step is to check the eligibility for EWS category and get the certificate from the concerned authority. To apply for the EWS category what you are supposed to do is to select the option of General- EWS in the form, there is no need of uploading the EWS Certificate in the NEET Online form. It will be verified by the authorities (counselling), if one fails to produce the certificate then he/she will be considered under the general category.

The formula to calculate the NTA score is:

Percentile Score of a Candidate = 100 x (Number of candidates who secured a raw score (or actual score) EQUAL TO OR LESS than the candidate) / (Total number of candidates who appeared in that session).

The final result is calculated on the basis of the best NTA score, and after this, the best ranks will be taken into consideration and the counseling will go on with that score.

Yes mcc can give this facility at the time of counselling

NBE has released the results on January 30th and the score cards have been released today. The online registration process will tentatively begin from the month of March 2020. There is no official information regarding the certainity of dates at this point in time. So please watch out for any official notification on their website.
