Due to Covid office work of my NCL certificate has been ceased as officers are busy in quarantine centres.As NEET will be held so will be counselling. What am I supposed to do if I can't get the documents in time?Lots of students like me will suffer too.Can anyone bring this issue up to limelight?

See, as you have mentioned that its not just you bit this situation is happening with lot of students and by that we means lakhs of students.And each and every one is aware of the circumstances, from NEET exam authorities to government.So, you don't need to worry because everyone is going to cooperate in this situation because everyone is helpless.So, you will not face any difficulty in admission and you will get additional time to arrange documents.Dont worry about these things and just focus on preparation.
