No, there is no way to opt now. Once the application is filled and submitted. There is no way to change it. you can't use reservation even you have documents for it as your application form doesn't mention it so they won't consider it.

You have to go for general category in state counselling. due to all these mistakes, it is advised to check multiple times before submitting the form.

According to your rank, chances are less to get admission in General surgery through All India Counselling. You can get General Surgery through management quota seats in Deemed Universities such as Yenepoya Medical College, MGM Medical College, etc.

You have not provided the name of the university in which you are applying for LLB 5 years, but generally the selection of candidates for counselling is done on the basis of the rank/marks obtained in the university entrance test, based on which a merit based list is prepared and students from a particular rank are invited to take part in counselling.

As per your query if I assume that you have been allotted a seat in All India Quota Counselling then let me tell you that it is not compulsory for you to accept it. You do have options like cancelling the seat and exiting or take the seat and not proceed for further rounds or you can keep the seat as a floating seat and proceed for further rounds. After that if you get an upgraded seat the previous seat will be cancelled automatically.
