Zayn, your 12th hall ticket signature has nothing to with NTA'S notification regarding uploaded images. All that matters to NTA is whether you have uploaded the images within the said guidelines and if the images follow the said dimensions. So even if your 12th hall ticket has a different signature

Eligible candidates who are qualified in NEET PG are given admission in 50% AIQ seats in Government medical and Dental colleges, ESIC, AFMC, central and deemed universities.
The online registration for 50% AIQ will start from March 12, 2020.
Rest of 50% seats in Goverment medical/dental colleges and Private
