sir/madam , can i apply for counselling for two states for neet-pg-mds2020. I belong to one state(orissa) and have done bds from another state(karnataka)

Hello,
You can apply to both Karnataka and Odisha.
All states allow students who have finished bds in the state to apply for state quota of the state for neet pg, in your case, Karnataka.
You can also apply to Odisha as a domicile if you did your schooling for more than ten years in Odisha.
