It depends on the college are you want to study. If the college is the best and it provides the best facilities for Design course then it is worth spending 25 lakhs for your course. As they provide knowledge in the same way and the placements are also good.

In my opinion, taking a physiotherapy course you can get a job easily since you can start your own physiotherapist clinic and you can start earning. However you can get a better salary if you take a cardiovascular technology course if you do that course in a resourced institute.
