Which one is better for CSE-VIT chennai or Sastra university?Will I get CSE in Sastra with 94.6% in CBSE boards and 89.71 percentile in JEE?

Hi there. 

I passed my 12th class last year . And I too gave VITEE 2018. My rank was average and i was called for counseling which i missed. But at the end of counseling day , i enquired and they were ready to give any stream of choice .

I'm sorry to inform you that you may not stand a chance to get seat in cse or it in thanjavur campus of sastta university.If you are from Tamil Nadu you may get seat in SASTRA but may not get CSE Or IT.But don't stop,put an application

Hi,for b.arch. course in IP University form is starts to fill from march till April and the admission is based on nata score.A merit list is created according to the score of nata or the jee main paper 2 and counseling is done after merit list is prepared and college

 SASTRA university has a separate procedure through stream 1 and stream 2 .


Stream 1 .


70 percent seats of every branch are filled through stream 1 based on 12 th percentage ( 75 percent after normalisation ) + JEE mains score ( 25 percent )

Yes,  a  Bipc student is allowed to take admission in 5 year Integrated Law courses. There is no restrictions on students passing from Bipc  to take the entrances and admissions in BA LLB programmes as far as you fulfil the other required eligibility criteria.

Stream - 1
It will consider both the percentile in jee main and percentage of your class 12th.
Stream - 2
It will consider your 12th class percentage.

Yes, you might, however it seems very unlikely in the first 5 cutoffs.
After which, it depends on whether the institute has any seats left for these particular courses.

I would definitely reccommend that you join the Btech IT branch.Your scope of placements are way more in IT than the other mtech integrated.Faculty wise also btech branches are better.BUt if you are keen on wanting an attached mtech tag,then yeah you could go for Mtech branch.The decision
