Yes IGNOU takes a test IGNOU OPENMAT which is conducted twice every year. You can apply for this exam by IGNOU's website : https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/entranceopenmat/ . You should fill the exam form and pay the exam fee online before the last date of OPENMAT. The above link will work
