the admission in sastra is based on two ways one is jee mains rank+board exam marks (70% seats) , you donot have chance in this category since you have mentioned that you have not qulified in mains. the second is based only on the board marks (30% seats)

There is no standard cut off for any courses. It differs yearly based on that years marks. As per previous year's counselling, you can get any branch at Satra since you have 95% in boards as Sastra's intake mainly depends on board marks.
