Since you have qualified for preparatory course in IIT then you shall be qualified for Btech into IIT from 2019 as for 2018 you will be trianed fkr residential program by IIT.
For admission in 2018 into IISt, your Jee advanced 2018 marks will b ecinsidered.
Since your score is low, and minimum cutiff for OBC category was 114 you shall be not eligible for admission inti IIST camouses as cutiffs above 125 scores.
