Hi Vani,
Yes it is very much possible to crack CLAT in 4 months. First of all let me tell you that you have a lot of time available for effective preparation.
Kindly understand that the first step before you begin any preparation is to believe in yourself and always keep calm.
If you have some knowledge in each section, try understanding your strong points in each section.
Divide your 4 months into bits and spend a specified amount of time on each topic on each day. Act on weaker sections and keep practicing by giving mocks on the areas that are your strong points.
There are 5 sections, now let us discuss each section:

Hello.
Your chances of getting into an NIT or getting through to Jee advanced depends on your rank rather than your score. The marks vs rank keeps varying each year along with the cutoff based on the exam difficulty, the average score of students etc. You could visit the below link to check the cutoff trends for various NITs:

You can also check your rank using the rank predictor:

Good luck!
You can't.................
It's best that you start studying your NCERT textbooks and make note of important formulae and short notes on the theory. You should have a fixed routine for the remainder of the days, at least 6 hours of study is needed. It is essential that you solve question papers too to gauge your speed and have an idea of what type of questions will be asked. Just practice well and don't give up.
