But, one thing you should keep in mind that in the JIPMER exam 10 questions will be asked from 'English Language and Comprehension' and 10 questions will be asked from 'Logic and Quantitative Reasoning'.

Yes, definitely! It is not necessary to undergo coaching sessions to clear CAT examination. Self-study with proper planning and structured approach will help you in the preparation. Moreover, 2 years is more than enough to make yourself ready for CAT examination.
The benefit of coachong institute lies in the mock examinations conducted by them which give you the actual feel of the examination and prepare you accordingly. If you do not wish to take caoaching, it is totally fine. But you can get yourself enrolled for the mock test series for reqular practice.

generally they go with the flow of preperation of JEE main.Since the kCET paper is a little easier you can complete your preperation in less time.questions in kcet are little more direct and mostly formula based. Mostly it depends on how well you memorize and practice formulae of all 3 subjects
