First of all buy previous year question bank. Take idea what type of questions is coming in exam and the syllabus. Weightage of every chapter give u an idea where u should start first. For chemistry use ncert.All the question of chemistry are from ncert only

Yes, it is useful as if you get decent score then it will be giving you dual benefits like you can either go for higher studies or you can get recruited in PSUs but as per your B.Tech percentage chances are less for PSUs as most of them ask for

Yes it is wonderful book for JEE Mains preparation only, however this book is at low level of difficulty and you should go after only for JEE mains. Moreover, this book has lucid and in scope questions and doesnt include complex problems for JEE Adavnced, hence it is not sufficient
