As cut off marks vary year to year so on a safer side,if you belong to a general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 500 marks and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then

Cutiff ranks for all colleges doesnt necessary fall into Jee Main score category. 

Integrated courses have their own entrance exams and some also accept Jee Main and hence cutiff varies. 

JNTU Hyderabad, ViT Vellore, IITs lkke Madras, Bonbay, Kharagpur, delhi. NIT Rourkela, IIIt allahbad are all best colleges.
