Till date there is no such announcements regarding change in eligibility criteria of neet exam 2019. Eligibility of neet 2019 is to qualify 10+2 with at least aggregate 50% with subjects physcis, chemistry, biology.

The cut off for admission in BHU through NEET in the previous year was a rank of 1,957  and 611 marks for the general category. Considering this you can expect a similar range of score or rank around this to be te cut off for admission here

Expected cutoff difficult to predict as this shall vary based on exam difficulty and total students appearing. 

A sper trends cutoff is within 170 to 185 marks in General category.

Cutiff given above is for Integrated courses asno btech Course offered under IIIT Bangalore.
