TNEA rank list 2018 will be declared in the second week of August 2018. The rank list will be considered for admission. The rank list will be released only for the candidates those will successfully fill the application form.  The cut off marks comes around to be 100 marks.

See there is no Cutt off rank for comed k exam there is cutt off for various branches of various colleges so if you clear the cutt off for that college then you may get the specific branch of that college

As far as IIMs are concerned, CAT cutoff is announced category-wise (General/SC/ST/NC-OBC/PwD). Engineer or non-engineer has nothing to do with the cutoff.
